The Challenge
Nurseries and garden centers needed a way to list products, reach buyers, and serve customers without heavy consultant dependency. Buyers needed trust and discovery. Flory needed a platform where merchants could register (with OGRN verification), list products, use QR price tags for self-service, chat in general and regional channels, and grow via ratings and paid promotion.

Soft launch with pilot merchants. Validated QR flow and chat usage.
Iterate
Added paid advertising (first line, contextual, last-minute offers) and more manager delegation options.
